The Health Innovation Network and Health Innovation North West Coast have rolled out many programmes of innovation on behalf of our national NHS commissioners to benefit our regions. Although these programmes are no longer funded by our commisioners, Health Innovation North West Coast are still able to offer support to any partners in the North West Coast.

Connected Health Cities

Connected Health Cities (CHC) was a £20m, four-year pilot funded by the Department of Health to unite local health data and technology to improve care for patients in the North of England.
