How we use the information we collect from contact forms and event sign-up.
Health Innovation North West Coast collects information about you to help us deal with your requests. By giving us your details you enable us and our associated projects and programmes to provide you with the services you select.
Any information you provide to Health Innovation North West Coast will only be used by us and our associated projects and programmes. Your details will not be disclosed unless we are obliged to, are permitted by law to do so or if we have your express permission to do so.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met or when you no longer wish to continue your subscription.
Newsletter sign-up
If you sign up to our newsletter via our SurveyMonkey sign up form, the Business Connect contact form or event registration and, if you agree, we will email you with news, events and other updates we believe would be of interest to you based on the information we hold.
When you subscribe to a newsletter or complete a form you will have the chance to accept / “opt in” to what communications you would like. You can “opt out” or unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or updating your profile via newsletter or events invites.
We will also use third party software to collate your information and send emails to you, these are outlined below.
