Restorative practices are methods of improving and repairing relationships between individuals and within organisations. In the fourth in our series of knowledge sessions, we’ll be exploring how such practices can help us build ‘just’ cultures.

We’ll learn about how restorative practices can be adopted in various settings and practise having ‘courageous conversations’ about resolving conflicts in health and care.

Participants will also take part in a ‘restorative circle’ experience. This will be a highly interactive session which will depend on your whole-hearted engagement in tackling some challenging experiences.
