Our COVID‑19 Story reflects on how the Innovation Agency responded to the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic, adapting rapidly to support NHS, care and community partners across the North West Coast.
It captures how teams were redeployed, programmes reshaped, and new collaborations formed to provide practical support at the point of greatest need.
The report highlights impact across patient safety, care homes, remote monitoring and digital transformation, workforce wellbeing, health inequalities, and support for innovators and local economies. Through case studies and personal stories, it shows how innovation, collaboration and compassion helped the system respond to crisis while laying foundations for recovery.
