The Book of Highlights 2018-2019 brings together success stories from across the North West Coast, showcasing how innovation, collaboration and evidence‑based improvement supported patients, staff and health and care systems during the NHS’s 70th anniversary year.
The publication highlights impact across system transformation, patient safety, stroke prevention, digital health, Connected Health Cities, coaching and workforce development, patient and public involvement, and economic growth. Through case studies, partner reflections and impact metrics, it demonstrates how the Innovation Agency helped spread proven innovations, improve outcomes, reduce pressure on services and support local businesses across the region.
