The Annual Report 2017-2018 summarises a year of delivery alongside highlights from the Innovation Agency’s first five years, marking the end of its initial AHSN licence period.
It reflects a period of growth, increasing maturity and growing national influence, alongside strong regional partnerships across the North West Coast.
The report highlights impact across system transformation, innovation culture, patient safety, stroke prevention, digital health, patient and public involvement, business support, and European and national collaboration. It brings together key achievements, impact metrics and partner perspectives, demonstrating how the Innovation Agency helped spread evidence‑based innovation, attract investment, build capability and improve outcomes for patients and populations at scale.
