A Health Innovation North West Coast team worked with system partners to publish a report into how mental health services in Cheshire and Merseyside can offer better support to young people.
The report focuses on the transition from Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult Mental Health Services, and makes five key recommendations.
