The review showcases impact across cardiovascular and respiratory disease, patient safety, mental health, digitally enabled care, system redesign, and support for innovators and local economies. Through real‑world case studies and system‑wide collaboration, it demonstrates how innovation was applied practically to improve access, outcomes and experiences for patients, communities and the workforce.
