Join us for this interactive webinar to explore the benefits that remote consultations can deliver, the barriers to its more widespread adoption and enablers for increased usage.
The spread and adoption of remote consultation varies significantly from location to location and the number of remote appointments is now declining.
Since the start of the pandemic we have seen a rapid uptake of remote consultations in outpatient services across the North West Coast. New ways of working have been adopted at pace, teams have managed substantial change and a genuine shift in outpatient care delivery has begun.
Facilitating conversations with a diverse team of clinicians from across 15 different providers, The Innovation Agency, explored the barriers and enablers for a remote consultation service and we are delighted to share the findings of the Appreciative Enquiry
This webinar will build further upon these report findings and through lively debate amongst regional system colleagues, the session aims to stimulate strategic thinking both at system and trust level around digital pathway change and inform the development of strategies to achieve this.
