Collaborative NW Masterclass series: Maximising the potential of our People 2023

This Masterclass took a look at some of the key success factors in helping our employees to realise their
full potential. With a focus on areas including culture, succession planning, talent management, health and
wellbeing and how connecting these can have a real impact on being a great place to work.

About the Collaborative
We are an influential partnership, formed from cross sector organisations in the North West. We represent the NHS, health and social care and local government to bring you a range of collaborative masterclasses.

By combining our unique specialisms, the collaboration explores innovative thinking with expert speakers, to provide cross sector knowledge sharing for leaders across the North West.
