Collaborative Masterclasses: Psychological safety

NHS North West Leadership Academy, Mersey Internal Audit Agency (MIAA), Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua), North West Employers (NWE) and the North West Association of Directors of Adults Social Care Services (ADASS) work in partnership to bring you a series of collaborative masterclasses. Together they are an influential partnership formed from cross sector organisations in the North West that represent the NHS, health and social care and local government.

Supporting leaders to consider their role in developing and maintaining psychological safety in organisations, this masterclass will hear from experts in this field to explore how creating a culture of learning and growth can enhance team dynamics and impact on employee engagement.
