Speeding up the adoption and spread of established innovations
The Momentum Accelerator has been created for companies whose innovations are already making waves and are ready to expand their reach.
Whether you're developing cutting-edge medical devices or innovative digital solutions, our bespoke 8 session programme, spread over 16 weeks, provides the resources and guidance you need to effectively scale up.
Tailored support for targeted growth
Momentum will be different every time.
Our accelerator will be co-designed with companies to meet their needs – instead of trying to shoe-horn unique companies into a rigid programme.
Before each programme is created, we’ll work with you to understand your challenges and goals to make a bigger impact in the NHS, and seek out external partners to supplement our expertise.
A comprehensive 16-week journey
Each masterclass will include a morning focused on the following key areas for any business:
- NHS engagement: Learn how to effectively navigate the NHS innovation landscape, and build meaningful relationships with decision makers.
- Growth and spread: Develop strategies to scale your innovation across different healthcare settings.
- Value proposition: Craft compelling narratives that highlight the unique benefits of your solution.
- Stakeholder mapping: Identify and engage key players in the health ecosystem.
- Funding opportunities: Explore avenues for equity and grants to fuel your growth. There will also be a chance to ‘pitch’ to private equity funders.
- Procurement and legal frameworks: Understand how to ensure your solution is aligned to these frameworks, including to the significant changes coming to public sector procurement in 2025.
- Accreditations and compliance: Navigate the ever-changing standards landscape in the UK, US, EU and globally.
- Social value and sustainability: Increase your business success by being aware of social value and sustainability. They are now a typical, and vital, part of bids, procurement, governance and more.
Showcase your innovation
The programme culminates in an exciting showcase event, where you will present your refined offer to a panel of industry leaders, potential investors, and healthcare stakeholders. This is your opportunity to gain more visibility and momentum in the health sector.
