• Mobilise local teams through funded patient safety improvement programmes.
• Build workforce knowledge, capacity and capability through training and hands-on support.
• Spread and scale local innovations, leverage additional funding and enable effective collaboration.
• Demonstrate impact through real-world evaluation of innovation, service change and pathway redesign.
