Innovation Scouts: what's the deal?

Join us at this event to help co-design the community and understand what innovation means to you and your organisation.

The Innovation Scouts have worked as a community of practice to accelerate a culture of innovation in health and care within organisations and systems. The Innovation Agency has recently been re-licensed with a renewed focus on spread and adoption of innovation and with this in mind we would like to invite you to help us co-design a 'new deal' for Innovation Scouts.

This event will bring together those new to the community and existing members as we agree the purpose and set our direction over the next 12 months.

We will:

• Provide you with the opportunity to meet and network with people who have the same goals and challenges as you
• Explain how we categorise our innovations to support system transformation
• Explore how we create push and pull mechanisms for innovation spread
• Gather your views on our 'new deal' with you as Innovation Scouts

We are opening our Scouts movement to a wider range of public sector organisations so that we can work collaboratively with local authorities, housing, all emergency services and other sectors focussed on health improvement and innovation.
