Transfers of Care Around Medicine training session

The training event was led by Hassan Argomandkhah, Chair of Pharmacy Local Professional Network (Merseyside), providing all community pharmacy staff an opportunity to find out more about TCAM and what steps they need to take to provide their patients with a timely, safe and efficient service.

Feedback from previous event had been overwhelmingly positive, with a good balance of interactive presentations of the TCAM PharmOutcomes system and group work on case studies.

This free, evening event also provided an opportunity for networking with pharmacy colleagues.
