Quality Improvement North West Coast

This interactive session was designed to share our reflections on key quality improvement work that has taken place in the last year to improve health and social care.

We heard from our Patient Safety team as they highlighted some of the North West Coast's key developments, including a strategy overview, national priorities and shared learning.

We also heard about our Coaching Academy's Coaching for Culture programme and received an update from the Q Network.

The event was open to all health and social care staff and Q Community members and provided the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals.
