Leaders across different sectors are working hard to create real change in our communities, but complex systems — political, economic, and logistical — often make it hard to collaborate in a way that is inclusive, open, and long-lasting.
These challenges can get in the way of setting strong policies that make the best use of our resources and improve people’s lives.
Join us at this free hackathon event, designed to support and challenge cross-sector leaders from health and social care, local government, the VCFSE sector, and workforce organisations to focus on developing Neighbourhoods as a key part of shifting care closer to home.
The day will encourage cross-sector teams to come together and design new ideas, challenge old ways of working, and co-create solutions that fit local needs, with support from coaches and other experts.
This is a group-based event designed to support cross-sector collaboration. To take part, we ask that organisations bring or help form a group that includes people from at least two different sectors.
Spaces are limited and registration is required.
If you have any specific questions about the day, please contact jen.kohan@healthinnovationnwc.nhs.uk.
