In what has been a challenging year for many of us working within mental health services, we would like to invite you to a celebration event. This will be a collaborative event between Innovation Agency North West Coast and Health Innovation Manchester. This event will be a platform to reflect, discuss and learn about all things to do with Reducing Restrictive Practice within a variety of inpatient services.
We aim to:
- Celebrate what we have achieved since the start of the programme
- Understand and showcase what we have achieved over the last 12 months
- Explore the challenges around Reducing Restrictive Practice
- Examine the data and what that means for Reducing Restrictive Practice
- Network with colleagues from different Trusts and wards
- Learn from one another to see how we can all continue to improve
The event is aimed at those who work within the Trusts involved in the programme and are actively involved in Reducing Restrictive Practice on mental health wards. In particular we would welcome representation from:-
- Staff members from wards participating in the National MH SIP
- Mental Health Nurses
- Psychologist
- Medical Staff
- Mental Health Practitioners
- Mental Health Clinical Leads
- Patient Safety Specialists
- Mental Health Quality Improvement Leads
- Senior Leadership within organisations
