Innovation Insights: Measuring Benefits and Impacts - An Introduction

This webinar explores the fascinating and sometimes challenging subject of measuring the benefits and impacts of innovation in health and care. 

Delivered by Health Innovation East Midlands, the session will be focused on key concepts that attendees can consider when exploring the benefits and impacts that their improvement and innovation projects will deliver. 

It will provide an overview for those new to measuring benefits in healthcare projects and will be a useful opportunity for reflection for those with more experience with innovation and improvement projects who would like an introduction to helpful tools and ideas. It will also be useful to innovators who are starting to think about how their innovation will deliver impacts, working with health and care organistions to develop a business case and / or are looking to understand the benefits which have been delivered.
