The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and NHS England (NHSE), with support of the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), have updated the NHS Intellectual Property (IP) guidance for England. This publication will replace the 2002 guidance, and we want to raise awareness and understanding of the new guidance in this webinar. We will give an overview of the principles and provide practical, real-life insights.

This webinar is open to all, however, it is primarily aimed at staff involved in operationalising IP arrangements from NHS, TTO, and research perspective who require technical, detailed understanding of the guidance.
