Health Innovation North West Coast is supporting a heart health event at Everton FC’s Goodison Park stadium in Liverpool.
The event on 17 and 18 July is expected to attract around 1,000 people each day as part of an awareness-raising campaign by heart failure charity Pumping Marvellous.
Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is also leading the organisation of the event which will explore the use of point-of-care diagnostic testing and decision-support technology.
Health Innovation North West Coast and our partner health innovation networks are leading a three-year programme to improve the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.
