NHS North West Leadership Academy, Mersey Internal Audit Agency (MIAA), Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua), North West Employers (NWE) and the North West Association of Directors of Adults Social Care Services (ADASS) work in partnership to bring you a series of collaborative masterclasses. Together they are an influential partnership formed from cross sector organisations in the North West that represent the NHS, health and social care and local government.
This session aims to inspire public sector leaders to embrace creative thinking as a catalyst for innovation. Led by Dr Mark Batey, this masterclass will challenge participants to consider what they can do differently and empower teams to nurture a culture where innovative thinking can thrive.

- Recognise the value of creative innovation in addressing complex challenges within the public sector.
- Identify and overcome barriers to creativity and innovation, particularly in a risk-conscious environment.
