NHS North West Leadership Academy, Mersey Internal Audit Agency (MIAA), Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua), North West Employers (NWE) and the North West Association of Directors of Adults Social Care Services (ADASS) work in partnership to bring you a series of collaborative masterclasses. Together they are an influential partnership formed from cross sector organisations in the North West that represent the NHS, health and social care and local government.
This masterclass aims to raise awareness of social value and develop an understanding of how, by embedding social value, public sector organisations can deliver value beyond the direct cost or quality of a service.
Learning objectives:
- Raise awareness of social value and anchor institutions, the value they can bring to your organisation and community and ways to develop a culture of social value as everybody’s business.
- Delegates will understand what social value is and practical applications to embed a social value mindset across their organisations.
- We will share practical examples for leaders to take away and implement including measuring social value impact across organisations and making social value meaningful and value led
