Attendees will hear from CIPD about the importance of strategic leadership succession planning and how to do this.
There will also be insights from a local authority showcasing how they are actively supporting leadership succession within their organisation, along with a graduate of the organisation’s CMI Level 7 Aspiring Executive Leaders programme shares their development journey and how it has prepared them for future leadership roles.
