It will consider how leadership expectations and skills are changing, and how organisations can take a more strategic, future-focused approach to developing their leadership pipeline.
Attendees will hear from CIPD about the importance of strategic leadership succession planning and how to do this.
There will also be insights from a local authority showcasing how they are actively supporting leadership succession within their organisation, along with a graduate of the organisation’s CMI Level 7 Aspiring Executive Leaders programme shares their development journey and how it has prepared them for future leadership roles.
