Big Innovation Conversation: System Flow

The system flow Big Innovation Conversation, at 12.30pm on Thursday 9 May, had a particular focus on digitising the outpatient journey.

We heard about Wirral Health & Care Commissioning's work with teletriage in care homes to reduce hospital admissions, and an example of a digital tool for supported discharge.
