The patient activation and self-care conversation, at 12.30pm on Thursday 11 April, hada particular focus on patient activation measures.

We heard about Blackpool Teaching Hospitals' use of the Patient Activation Manager, an example of a digital tool for diabetes care and a study of human movement science by Liverpool John Moores University.

This lunchtime webinar was hosted by our Transformation team Programme Manager.
